after creating a new entry on my contacts with the business fax number
included, all entries are doubled with the business fax numbers in my address book. How do I still enter the business fax number in my contacts but only display the contact and e-main address in my address book without the fax number also being a seperate entry? |

You have to modify the fax number so that Outlook no longer recognizes it as a fax number. Try putting an "F" in front of each. -- Brian Tillman |
