I already entered this question in the "Outlook General Questions" section,
and I realized that "Outlook Contacts" is a better category for it. Here it goes again (sorry for those who may be looking at it for the second time). The question: I would like to do the following: I am planning to mass e-mail to some of the contacts I have in Outlook. Is there a quick way to append the following text (“Mailing dated 1.12.2008”) in the notes sections of all contacts I am planning to write to? |
