I have been tryed syncing outlook with my new iPhone. It will not sync.
What it does do is erase all of my phone contact from my phone. My contact
stay intact within outlook howver I can't transfer the data to my iphone.
Please advise.

Not an Outlook question. Outlook has no part in the synchronising process,
it's all driven by the phone. Contact Apple.
