Hello Well finally switching to 2007 from 2000.
Trying to use categories instead of Distribution Lists. Is there a way to send an email to the Categorie members using Bcc instead of the to field |

Is there a way to send an email to the Categorie members using Bcc instead of the to field Yes. Select the category, do Actions-Create-New message to contact. That will put all the addresses in the To: field. Highlight all the addresses, then still left-clicking, drag them to the BCC field. -- Asking a question?
