Default Customize "Select Names" window when sending email (Outlook 2007)

Using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP. I noticed that when sending an email,
after selecting "To", when my contacts come up some of them are listed 2
times - once with the email address and then again with the fax number in the
email address field. Is there any way to keep the fax numbers from being
listed? It can get very confusing when in a hurry!

Thanks,
Sherry

A solution is to change the fax numbers: You can, for example, insert "fax:"
before the numbers.
