Default Multiple Display Names Do Not Auto-complete

Outlook 2007: I've multiple contacts with the same 1st Display Name. I
distinguish each by including "_" and last name 1st initial: Craig_R,
Craig_M, etc. When composing a new emailclicking in the To Box typing "C"
, a list of "Craig's" do not appear. I must goto Contacts and maually select
a recipient. Oddly, if I type in the letter "J" in the To box I DO ?

Have triple checked all settings and options.
