Could someone tell me if there is a way to enter or if there an option I can
choose so that when I enter an international address into the address field that it doesn't go strange when I want to merge it into word. I am on Outlook 2003 and I am entering a Japanese address into my Australian outlook. When I merge it has changed all the fields around with the name at the bottom of the envelope. Any help would be appreciated. |
