Perhaps you mean that the Outlook Address Book service is misconfigured. RIght-click your Contacts folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab, and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
