Hi, I know there are 3rd party enterprisewide packages available, but is
there a simple way for me to distribute my own category list (ca 15 categories) to my 10+ coworkers ? We all use OL 2007. Best Olof (Sweden) |

![]() Assign every category to an e-mail, send that to your mates, then ask everyone to right click on the top folder, choose Properties, and click Update to Color Categories. Maybe that will do it. But that won't spread your colors. As it sounds like you just want to do it once, you might install Category Manager (link in my sig), and use that tool to export/import all of your categories and colors. The trial works for 30 days, that should be good for deploying your categories easily to everyone. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories? ![]() Display the folder list, the top folder is probably called "Personal Folder" or "Mailbox - YourName". -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories?
