Default How do you eliminate E-mail addresses that go into youralphabetic

How do you eliminate E-mail addresses that you do not want in your alphabetic
address send section. ie. When someone sends me an e-mail it automatically
goes into the section that I use to send E-mail or forward to different
addresses. I have tried for hours tonight to edit my contacts and have not
been successful. There used to be and edit button at the bottom of the
contact page but we could not find it. Would appreciate some answers.

Also tell us what you mean by "alphabetic send section." Try to use a term
that Outlook uses so the rest of us know what you're talking about.
Outlook never automatically adds any e-mail addresses from received
messages, so what other software are you running?
