Outlook used to sort the address book using the surname first. Outlook 2003
no longer does this and, despite searching, I cannot find how to do this. I could do it manually but this would take forever - any suggestions? Barry Nelson, Scotland. |

Change that setting he Tools menu Email accounts View/Change existing
directories/address books Click Next Highlight Outlook Address Book Click Change. Set the sort in that dialog. I think you want the "File As" sort "Barry286" wrote in message ...
