Default Outlook should let me have more rules than 65 in "create rule"

Since you can't ascribe mail to contacts except in business contact manager
and then in many cases you can't get your cell phone to sync with outlook
anymore, a provision for creating rules needs to be increased. Currently the
limit is 65 or something. It is not enough. I organize all my e-mail into
folders and therefore need more rules to get the job done. Otherwise it's a
huge inbox of mess.
