Why can't I see the journal entries that I make for a contact under activities?

Open one of these entries. At the bottom, do you see an underlined link to the contact? If you click that link does it display the contact?

I have no entries to open.
I have selected "All Items" on the activities page. "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Open one of these entries. At the bottom, do you see an underlined link to the contact? I'm confused. If you have no entries in your Journal folder, then what journal entries are you expecting to see on the Activities page?
