I need an efficient way to update my contact details for many people in
OL'07. Looking for ideas/services that help do this most effectively. I
currently have an admin on our team that has imported and scanned cards for
about 6,000 people across the several team members we have. We are paring
down that list to non-duplicates, and then I need to send messages to
everyone to update their contact information, based on what we have it
recorded as. Obviously a mass email blast will not do much, because we'll
just have to read each mail that comes back.

Am looking for a way to let a person update the information I put up, and
then have those updates come back to OL'07. Multi-step processes don't scare
me, as long as they are accurate and effective.
