Default Export Contacts/ Problem

When I go to export contacts from a user's outlook 2003 client, I go to file
export/import and choose export to a file, then excel, the next screen where
I am suppose to choose what folder I want to export has nothing.

Any thoughts on that ?

Verify you have the correct Importers and Exporters installed.
Verify that the connection to the Outlook data source for this profile is
intact.

Russ: Please explain your suggestions. His problem sounds a lot like mine.

Use the Office Maintenance Wizard to see if Outlook's Importers and
Exporters are installed.
Make sure every folder of your Outlook Data source (Exchange mailbox or PST
file) and their contents appear correctly in your profile.
