After reformatting the disk and reloading the software (XP professional and
Outlook 2002), the address book and contacts folder did not work correctly. Everything else works fine even though the old data was restored to a different drive than the original C drive. When I clicked the contacts folder in the personal folder list, everything was there, but I could not use them in the TO data field. After research here in the discussion group, I was able to connect to the address book. Now everything seems to work the right way in the address book, but when I click on the contact folder, I see no contacts at all - just the message "unable to display the folder". Help! |
