When i select "distribution list" from global adress list it appear in sent
items in "To" section as group name (without expanding) and in the same view (without expanding) in recipient inbox. But when i create my own group in "Contacts" and then send an email to this group then in "draft" mail in "To" section it appears as the group but in "sent box" the group expands and also recipient see in "To" field individual names. How i can avoid my group expanding the same way as in "global" list ?? the reason because i need the person know that he recieve the mail not because i send it to him individuaaly but because he was part of the group. |
