Default wab dll error in outlook

When I try to import my PST files or try to print a html email, I get the
error message: WAB DLL file is missing. Similar error when I try to get an
envelope address in Word. There may also be an issue of what program is my
default mail handler because when I start outlook, the helper asks me to make
it the default mail. This is a new HP computer with 64 bit Windows and it
had a shortcut to try the new office, but I installed Office 2000
Professional instead.

Why would you ever import PST files? That is never the correct way to
transfer Outlook data.
Why would you try to use Outlook 2000 on an OS that is 10 years newer and on
which it is not supported? These problems were easily anticipated and well
documented.
