We are using Outlook 2004 basic edition for my office. We are using a POP3
connection from our own company website. It seems when we CC people from other types of accounts i.e.: Aol, hotmail, g-mail, and all of the Yahoo with its various extentions (rocketmail, ymail etc.); the people who have gmail and yahoo recieve the emails sporatically. Do we need to change the settings on our email accounts, as far as the type of connection and incoming, outgoing mail server? This has caused a minimal disruption in the flow of our business and I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same type of problems or is it just our possessed network? Thank you in advance for your comments and or solutions. |
