Default how do I link microsoft outlook to microsoft streets & trips

I purchased microsoft streets & trips, and i would like to link it with my
outlook 2003 instead of going to live maps. Could this be done.

Streets and trips does not include an add-in, which is required to
integrates the maps.

With Mappoint, I believe yes, with Streets & Trips, no.
