Default One particular Exchange mailbox not found in Outlook Contacts list

In our Exchange 2007 organization, we have a mailbox called "nataliec". It
has existed for years and that user has accessed it w/o problems. However,
another user alerted me today that he cannot see her name listed in the
Global Address List, and neither can I. I can't tell when this issue started.
This issue doesn't occur with any other mailbox, as far as I can tell. We are
using Exchange 2007 SP1 and Outlook 2007 SP1.

Looking on Exchange, her account looks fine, and the "Hide from Exchange
address lists" checkbox is unchecked. We did move all the mailboxes from one
Exchange server to another recently, but again, I don't see any issues w/ the
other mailboxes.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

is that mailbox listed in the all users list? Also, this is really an
Exchange config issue, not Outlook, and you'll get better solutions in the
Exchange newsgroups.

Just to follow up...
The problem occurred b/c the user's AD email differed from her primary email
address in Exchange. Once we manually sync'ed them up and downloaded the OAB
in Outlook, we were able to see the account listed in the GAL.

Thanks for your help.
