Default CTRL +K

I'm typing in a name and pressing CTRL +K but certain email addresses don't
save to auto-fill, anybody know why?

When you press Ctrl-K, does the address resolve (become underlined)?

Hi Brian:

Yes it does resolve but doesn't stick like other email addresses. I have to
CTRL +K every time I want certain emails to auto-fill.

Thanks
D

That sounds like a profile/autocompletion cache disconnect, often caused by
Outlook not closing properly and not writing the names to the cache. It can
usually be repaired with a new mail profile and you shoujld be able to use the
old cache file with the new profile. See if this helps:

The section entitiled "Migrating your NK2 file to a new computer" also applies
to migrating it to a new mail profile.
