If you are not connected to MS Exchange, I would go to your ISP's webmail
interface and check if there is a "vacation" or "out of office" selection there.
Just remember when you come back, you need to go back to the webmail interface,
and turn off this feature.

The easiest way is to set a vacation responder using your email accts web
interface. If it doesn't support vacation responses, then you can do it
using rules to send a autoreply in outlook but you will need to leave
outlook running and checking mail while you are away.
