Why can't I add a new contact from my email address book?
Using Outlook 2003. I used to be able to add a new contact from the email
screen by clicking on the address book icon. Now it is telling me I cannot add from there and must go to contacts to add. Why is this happening and can I fix it so I can add by clicking on the address book icon? Thanks.
