Default Change default Details?

Using Outlook XP, I would like to change the category names in the Details
Tab (e.g., Manager's name, etc.) to ones pertinent to me (e.g., parent
name) in my practice. Please offer advice.

A custom form should work.

Thanks for your advice. When I open a new Contact form and click on
ToolsFormsDesign this form, everything seems to work for the General page.
But, when I click on the Details tab it seems to deave the design mode.
With this tab open, I cannot use the Design this Form option. what is the
most simple, easy to use way of editing that page?
