Default Outlook 2000 question

I'm using Outlook 2000 on a WinXP box. I have imported lots of stuff to the
address book. I also need to sort the addresses into distribution lists.

Before doing the import, I had the name of the distribution list in the Job
Title field. I can successfully filter the address book according to Job
Title.

Is there a relatively simple way to add all of the entries with a certain
Job Title to a distribution list without having to add each name
individually? I've tried to filter the names while adding to a distribution
list, but I don't see a way to do that.

Thanks.
