Default Need a link to report a bug

Bad as the bug is it is additional frustration to communicate it. At this
forum I most definitely will not get any response.
If you are kind to relay my problem it is this:
In Outlook Contacts for example it is impossible to enter foreign characters
into certain fields like NAME. They can be entered into notes, so I have to
enter a name there and then copy and paste.
Pretty bad.
Thank you,
George O. Fuhrmann

Default Office 2007 Outlook/Contacts - can't enter foreign/accented charac

It is impossible to key enter foreign/accented characters into new
contacts, except for the Notes field. Why is this so and what can be done
about it? I tried everything I can think of to get around this probelm. I
tried setting the Primary Editing language to Croatian in the MS Word Options
space. I tried setting Text Services and Input Languages default input
language to Croatian and the keyboard to Croatian. Nothing works. There is
nothing in the MS KnowledgeBase about this either.
What font does Contacts use? Can it be changed to accept these special
characters? This is definitely a bug that Microsoft needs to fix. But MS does
not provide a non-fee way to get to them to discuss this problem nor to get a
solution.
