Problem with putting email addresses in the bcc line - if anyone of the
recipients clicks REPLY TO ALL - everyone in the bcc line of the original email will get the reply. Also many users would prefer that there is a group name displayed instead of all the individual names in the group. Another reason is that list the list of names in the group is very large - it takes up a huge amount of space at the top of each recipients' incoming email. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Odd request. Why would you not want to use the BCC field? How else would you expect to hide addresses? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Sallie" wrote in message ... Hello, I use Office 2007, I would like to know if it is possible to hide the individual adresses from a distribution list and show the name of the group. I do not want to use de BCC field. Thank you in advance for your help. -- Sallie |
