I am using Outlook 2007. The contacts were backed up as far as I know (the
guy does not work for the company any longer). I am using business card view. I have my default for new contacts set to company, last, first) "ken" wrote: I recently had to reformat my laptop. My tech restored my contacts. In doing so, all of my contacts are now filed as last name, first name. I have spent the last year getting all of them formated to company, last, first. Is there anyway to change them all to this format, or do I have to spend the next 6 months manually doing it? |
