Default Address book compliant with U.S. Postal Service request?

Any way to change our contacts folder (3200 names/addresses) to appear in all
caps? That would be the format the U.S. Postal Services requests, but I
haven't discovered any "select all" or edit routine to make this happen.
Also, any way to automatically add the zip+four format for zip codes to this
same folder, along with a mailing barcode? I know there is software you can
buy to make all this happen, but does anyone know a way "within" Outlook to
do the job?

Please quote the USPS requirement for this format or why you cannot export
your contacts to a Word document, change the format of the TO field, and
apply this "requirement."

Outlook can't store the barcode - it would be added in a mail merge or by
the printing software, as will the all caps formatting.
