if you export to excel and make the changes or learn to write VBA. if you
need it for addressing letters, its easier to make the change in word at the time you use the letter by applying a style that uses all caps. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Except the U.S. Postal Service that requests envelopes and labels be
addressed in ALL CAPS with no punctuation - this is the only reason we're wanting to make the change -- Suzan " wrote: On Tue, 16 Jun 2009 11:30:05 -0700, Suzan wrote: Unless you have an output need for ALL CAPS, why would anyone want to use ALL CAPS. FYI - small-caps and all-caps font options are not available in Microsoft
Office Excel. For a similar effect, you can choose a font that includes only uppercase letters, or you can press CAPS LOCK and choose a small-sized font. -- Suzan "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: if you export to excel and make the changes or learn to write VBA. if you need it for addressing letters, its easier to make the change in word at the time you use the letter by applying a style that uses all caps. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Or http://www.cpearson.com/excel/case.htm It's really better to use a style in word at the time of printing.
