Default Microsoft SMS Add IN

I am trying to send a SMS and the following error occurs

A required property is missing from the SMS forms. Please reinstall
Microsoft Office Outlook SMS Add-in.

I have reinstalled and am still coming up with the same error. Can you
please suggest solution. I have typed the mobile number various ways and no
success.

Please help.........thankyou

Yes this is the download i'm using. My phone is connected to bluetooth/to pc
and still no success. Can you please offer some assistance. Any other ideas?
