I can set the old workstation up somewhere and have him go through all his contacts and write them down, but is there a simple file of "remembered" entries that can be copied from the old workstation to the new? You need the *.nk2 file from the old machine. However - I would suggest that some sort of compulsory education/disciplinary might be necessary.... Many thanks both. Yeah, I'm already reaching for the clue-by-four.
