Default Call logging

In a previous version of outlook my (business & personal) calls were
automatically logged into that person's contact file whenever I used a phone
hooked thru my computer and called the number using the call feature in each
contact file. Hopefully, I am mistaken, but it appears that this feature now
works only through Business Contact Manager. I have installed Business
Contact Manager but have not added my business files to that program. Must I
run everything through B.C.M. if I want to use this logging feature for all
my contacts? Ditto this question for e-mails.

Default Call logging

Do you have journaling enabled? That is the feature that does this.
