outlook contact (personal folders) has detected errors in file
Outlook will not go into old contact and other personal folders.
The message reads: Unable to expand the folder, The set of folders could not be opened. Errors have been detected in the file C:\Documents and Settings\RMS00\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and the use the inbox repair tool. I have run detect and repair but it has not done any good. Cannot locate the "inbox repair tool" as the message states. Please help. Outlook has set up all new files - have lost all contacts and saved e-mails in folders. Thanks
