Sorry - crystal ball was laid off due to poor economy.
How did you acquire this folder? It is not one of the default folders and suggests that you used scanpst.exe to "fix" a problem. Doesn't sound like any default folder or addin that I know of. Did you

Do you use an iphone? The mobileme sync process apparently creates ModGrp*
folders, possibly related to making groups on the mobileme website.
