Default How to create a duplicate copy of a distribution list?

Looks easy? the trick is there is no Edit | Copy to Folder command accessible
and in any case the edit copy is geryed out in Contact.

I invite subcontract quote by fax and routinely need to modify distribution
lists. I wish to retain the original list. Is it possible to make a
duplicate copy, change the name, and then modify the list?

Of course there is. You don't open the Contact Record. You perform this
operation from the Contacts Folder. You can even create a copy in the same
folder if you wish using R click Drag Copy.
