E-mailing a category of contacts
Is there a way to e-mail a category of my contacts (or several for that
matter) while in the e-mail section of Outlook 2007? I figured out how to choose categories from the Contact section and then choose to e-mail them, but can this be done the other way around? All of my contacts appear when I start an e-mail, but they are not categorized, nor can I choose which categories I want to e-mail from there. Thanks, TM

E-mailing a category of contacts
If we are to assume that you are talking about the Outlook Address Book
view, then no. Outlook requires you to sort or filter your recipients in the Contact Folder views, not the address book view. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "T Moore" T wrote in message ...
