First, thank you Brian and Russ for previously responding. You responded
before to assist me to rebuild my contacts folder. Where I once had 10
contacts folders, I now only have four, one of which is the default. In my
default folder, I have 2900 contacts; in another i have 3500. The 3500 one
seems to have many duplicates. Since I dont want to just throw away a folder
in case it has some info that is not in my default, what would you suggest?
My eventual goal once I fix Outlook is to sync to my blackberry. Currently
the black berry doesn't recognise my outlook.

Secondly, I have have two extra archive folders and six personal folders. I
would like to combine them. What is the best way to combine them. Once I have
combined them and I am satisfied with what I have, do I have to reinstall BB
in order for it to recognise the new outlook? I know this is a long one but
it seems like a big problem.
