Word wont 'select addresses form an Outlook contacts folder' ?
For any subfolder to appear in the address book view, it must be enabled as
an "email address book," so you must enable each one. Which begs the question, is having so many subfolders the best way to organize your Contacts? If so, fine, but it may not be. There are some drawbacks to doing so.
