forward a e-mail
When I try to forward an email I use to be able to just hit a letter to find
the contact ie. j would come up Jim, Joe, Judy ... etc now I get nothing I must type in the whole e-mail which ofcourse I do not memorize what am I doing wrong?

Not using your Contacts folder? If you are continually forwarding to certain addresses, put them in your contacts folder. Then you don't have to remember the email addresses.....

I still do not get it (what do you mean by folder)... When I use my hotmail
