Greetings,
I moved the Outlook PST file to the Windows Server 2003 server box; the PST file is accessible both via LAN and “Remote Desktop Connection” (Terminal Server). The Outlook’s “address books” and “contacts” information displayed fine via the LAN connection but the “Address book” displayed nothing via “Remote Desktop Connection”. I would like the Address book information to be displayed via both LAN and Remote Desktop Connection (Terminal Service). Thanks Patrickc |

First of all, your configuration is not supported. Accessing a .pst file across the LAN can result in higher network traffic and data loss.

Hello Sue,
I have only 3 users accessing the .PST via LAN and hopefully that will not create a LAN traffic issue. I created the email accounts via “Control Panel” “Mail”. Will create email account in the Outlook Tool | Email account solves my problem? Thanks Patrickc "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: First of all, your configuration is not supported. I hope they're not trying to do it simultaneously. That won't work at all.
Both places to create mail accounts do the same thing. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Patrickc" wrote in message ...
