Default E'Mail "To" Distribution List

Configuration:
Windows 7
Outlook 2007
When creating an E'Mail and selecting the "To", the contacts list is not
displayed. I have attempted to use the properties tool to select the
contacts list but it does not provide any options.
Anyone had any luck?

Brian:
Thank you for the reply.
I followed your guide but the "Show this folder as an e-mail address book"
is "grayed" and will not let me select it. The "Namd of the address book:"
shows "Contacts".

Any thoughts?

Right-click your Contacts folder, select Properties. Click the Outlook
Address Book tab. Examine the checkbox labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book". Is it checked? It should be. Check it and restart Outlook.

Sounds like your mail profile has been damaged, perhaps when you transferred
you data to the new PC. You'll need to create a new mail profile (not copy
the existing one) in order to fix that. Outlook 2007 doesn't allow you to
remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book service, unfortunately.
