Default Avoiding Printing Addresses in Header

I broadcast emails for my son's store. If I print out the email after having
received it, all the broadcasted addresses print out in the header. Is there
a way to avoid having the addresses print out? I don't want to send it
message as an attachment because few would open the attachment. I'm using
windows Vista Home Premium and Office 2007

Hit Forward and delete the addresses, then print.

Are you putting the addresses in the To/Cc fields or BCC? You should use the
BCC field.
