How do you add a contacts folder to the Outlook 2010 Address when the folders
properties option to do so is grayed out? Both Address book types, Outlook and Mobile, are added by default and no other options are available in account setup. Could someone please provide direction. TD |

Outlook 2010 works the same as all other versions. That means that if you
did not migrate your data file correctly to Outlook 2010, you will still encounter this problem. Your move. -- Russ Valentine "TD" wrote in message ... I believe the migration process was automatic during the upgrade process.
Regardless as to how it happened, the problem exists and the question is how to resolve it. "Russ Valentine" wrote: Outlook 2010 works the same as all other versions. "Upgrade?" Betas are not upgrades.
You mean you installed one version of Outlook on top of another? That never works until you create a new Outlook profile from scratch. -- Russ Valentine "TD" wrote in message ...
