![]() I have looked everywhere on-line for a solution to this weird problem and hope someone here can help. I have one old time contact that when she sends me an e-mail the mail is full of unreadable codings. They are huge pages of coding that I think are what are pictures and if I scroll down a ways I can see some text, but it too has some coding mixed in. There are no attachments or pictures which were sent, just gobble-d-gook. All the other emails from others are fine. She states that all others get her mail and she has not set any encoding. I have tried to change the firewall settings, make her a safe sender and other simple and suggested remedies without success. Does anyone have an answer to this problem? Stumped! -- t grable http://forums.slipstick.com |

It sounds like the encoding is message up. Can you post the first line or
two of the codings? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "t grable" t.grable.44ovkm@invalid wrote in message news:t.grable.44ovkm@invalid... is that from the message body? Are you scanning incoming mail with a virus
scanner? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "t grable" t.grable.44p5ra@invalid wrote in message news:t.grable.44p5ra@invalid... t grable;114246 Wrote: I have looked everywhere on-line for a solution to this weird problem and hope someone here can help.
