sending emails by the state catagory
I have about 1,700 email addrerss. I need to send out emails by the state
they live in. I can't seam to do this. One way if possible, if i can change the display name to state in the select contacts box. Any suggestions?

Right-click the State field header and choose Group By This Field. Or instead of New Message to Contact, use Tools | Mail Merge
