I'm using MS Exchange/Outlook 2007 and have set up a Public Contacts folder.
I've noticed that any user, regardless of permission level, can drag and drop any Public Contact into his/her Personal Contact folder. How can I share my company's contacts and protect from unauthorized duplication (piracy) at the same time? Thanks very much. |
