How to connect to SQL DB from outlook programmatically?

Currently I created the customize form in the outlook. Then send mail to
someone and I also want to import data to SQL DB.

Pls give me any suggestions to do this.

The technique would be the same as connecting to a database from any
VBScript environment: Use ADO. For links to connection string info, form
