Outlook 2003 Inserting Custom Fields into Message Body (blank reading pane issue)
Hi, We're trying to create a simple absence form for our secretaries. The form works with a properly setup design/read page. But when i send the form people receive a blank email in reading pane unless they open the message. I've done some googling and noticed this is as designed since theres no message body but there's no clear info or tips i've found sofar. Now what im trying to get is that when i send a message all the custom fields data will be inserted into the message body, so people atleast can see it in reading pane and also on their PDAs (which is blank aswell) Basically i have following setup. To: CC: Urgency: and then i have custom fields Desired Action: (drop down box - property value: txtDesiredAction) Contact: (property value: txtContact) Company: (property value: txtCompany) Number: (propery value: txtNumber) Remark: (property value: txtRemark) Any information would be very welcome. |
